House Management is a mobile and web app for property owners to run estates and for tenants to stay current on bills, documents, notices, and vacant homes.
Both. Owners manage properties, houses, members, bills, notices, and vacancy ads. Tenants view their allotted home details and can optionally browse the View Ads marketplace.
Yes. New owner accounts start on Free with limited estates, houses, and members, plus a trial window of about three months from account creation.
Basic raises limits to about 3 properties, 10 houses per property, and 8 members per house, with 24 months of billing history, reports/charts, sticky notes, and vacancy publishing.
Premium is the highest owner tier—about 10 properties, 25 houses per property, 10 members per house, 60 months of billing history, full reports, and the same core estate tools at larger scale.
View Ads is a tenant marketplace add-on. It lets you browse published vacant homes and contact owners by phone or email. It does not unlock owner estate management tools.

Open the Plans screen in the app and purchase through Google Play or the App Store (monthly or yearly). You can also redeem a promo code where offered.
